Common questions
Does the trial need a card?
Yes. The trial runs 14 days and the card is then charged unless you cancel before it ends. We email you 3 days beforehand.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout. Businesses with an EU VAT number outside Greece are handled under reverse charge.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. We issue a τιμολόγιο for every payment, using the billing details you give at checkout, and email it to you — you do not need to ask. The Stripe receipt is confirmation of the charge, not the invoice.
Can I cancel?
At any time, from the subscription page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
