Who we are
prokirixeis.gr is an alerting service for Greek public tenders. By using it you accept these terms.

What the service does
We mirror public data from ΚΗΜΔΗΣ (the Greek central registry of public contracts) and notify you about records matching your criteria. We are not an official source and are not affiliated with the Greek state. ΚΗΜΔΗΣ remains the official source.

Your account
You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens through your account. One email, one account.

Subscription and invoicing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's receipts are NOT legally valid Greek invoices (τιμολόγια) and are not submitted to the AADE's myDATA system. If you need a legal invoice for a business expense, contact us before purchasing. We are working on it, but it is not available yet.

Data accuracy and liability
We make every effort to keep the data complete and current, but we do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any record — including deadlines. Always confirm the deadline and the terms against the official ΚΗΜΔΗΣ record before submitting a bid. We are not liable for a missed tender, an incorrect deadline, or a service interruption.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt bulk extraction, automated access beyond the stated limits, or resale of the service. We may limit or suspend an account that does.

Termination
You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account for breach of these terms or non-payment, after notifying you.

Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced by email. Greek law applies.
